The AoC system will allow toons to earn three kinds of points: Prowess, Mastery and Expertise. These points can be used to enhance the combat and non-combat experience by purchasing Feats and Perks. We think the system is exciting in terms of balance because PvP and PvE earns separate points, so gamers can choose the playstyle they enjoy and have an incentive to hone their skills in that field.
